Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or just craving a reset? It’s time to pause, breathe, and reconnect, because SYNC. Festival 2025 is here to help you do just that!
Happening on 6 July 2025 (Sunday), from 7.00am to 1.00pm at the beautiful Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre in Yishun, this one-of-a-kind wellness festival is all about holistic well-being, meaningful connection, and sustainable living.
Organised by Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore), SYNC. Festival is Singapore’s very first community wellness event inspired by the seven types of rest (yes, there’s more than just sleep) and the urgent need for balance in an increasingly anxious world.
What to Expect at SYNC. Festival
Pre-Event Activities
- 4 July (Friday), 6–9pm
- Zumba (6–7pm)
- Silent Movie Night – The Wild Robot (7–9pm)
- 5 July (Saturday), 11am–9pm
- Cultural board games, Gratitude Wall, creative painting (from 11am)
- FIGHT DO® fitness class (3–4pm)
- Free vegetables distribution (from 4pm)
- Live music performances (4:30–5:30pm)
- Zumba (5:30–7pm)
- Silent Movie Night – surprise film (7–9pm)
*No registration is required. Activities are suitable for all ages.

FAM WALK
A gentle 3km walk through the scenic Yishun heartlands, take in the morning breeze, soak up the nature vibes, and enjoy quality time with loved ones. It’s not a race, it’s a moment to reconnect.

YOUTH QUEST
For the adventurers out there! This high-energy quest is tailored for young adults (21–30 years old) who are ready to challenge themselves. Tackle 7 themed stations, each representing a different type of rest; from sensory to creative, in a fun and interactive way. There's attractive prizes waiting to be won...

After your walk or quest, wind down at SYNC. Village. Dive into hands-on experiences that bring the seven types of rest to life, think calming sensory activities, quiet corners for reflection, creative expression zones, and more.
