Chef Chew Soon Hock of Swatow Lane Ice Kacang - who has been celebrated for decades for his handcrafted Nyonya desserts and traditional kueh. For those with a sweet tooth, his traditional Penang Cendol and Durian Pengat Ice Kacang are the ultimate way to end your night on a high.
