Delifrance Introduces Delicious New Chef Classique De Creations

In line with the revamp of its cafes islandwide, Délifrance has also freshened up its menu offerings to reflect the new dining experience with the introduction of four new Chef Classique de Créations.
Hot on the heels of the new signature sandwiches from France which was launched last August, the new Chef Classique de Créations consists of the Magret De Canard Fumé – a smoked duck dish, the succulent Provençal Braisé Lamb Shank and two versions of the classic Aglio Olio pasta dish – Scallops & Caviar Aglio e Olio and Sausages Aglio e Olio.
“Délifrance has recently undergone a revamp of our cafes to better reflect our French heritage and origins.In line with the new contemporary look, we have introduced a range of new signature sandwiches by French chef Matthieu Allonneau. Now we have rolled out a new hot meals menu, which reintroduces old favourites like the smoked duck and lamb shank, along with two new pasta dishes created by our chefs. Magret De Canard Fumé – $19.80
This specialty dish can satisfy your appetite for French cuisine. It starts with a tender juicy smoked duck breast fillets that can brighten up a meal. It is accompanied by potato gratin and sweet & sour braised red cabbage salad.

Provençal Braisé Lamb Shank – $23.80
Experience the stimulating cuisine of Provence, one of France’s Mediterranean regions. This main course is slowly simmered with onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, rosemary and Provençal herbs for sixteen-hours to produce incredibly flavorful, succulent, forktender meat. The combination of herbs offsets the rich flavor ofthe lamb, which will definitely thrill your taste buds. This dish is served with a quarter baguette to complete the meal.


Scallops & Caviar Aglio e Olio – $19.80
If you want a meal with flair, then this spaghetti dish is certainly a must try. This pasta delight is tossed with minced garlic and chili padi, served with succulent Hokkaido scallops for a delicately mild sweet flavour. To add a final touch of opulence to this elegant dish, it is topped off with a dollop of luxurious caviar.


Sausages Aglio e Olio – $14.80
Délifrance’s take on this classic pasta dish sees the spaghetti tossed with minced garlic & olive oil to create a timeless and great tasting pasta that is served with black pepper chicken sausages and drizzled with balsamic sauce.

Délifrance’s Chef Classique de Créations are now available at the following selected cafes:
Singapore Post Centre, Tampines Mall, Clifford Centre, Gateway West, Gleneagles Hospital, Cold Storage Jelita, Mt. Elizabeth Hospital, KK Hospital, Thomson Medical Centre, United Engineer Square, United Square, Causeway Point, HDB Hub, Hougang 1, ARC (Alexandra Retail Centre), IMM, Jurong Point and Lot One.
