For New Year’s Eve, Artemis Grill presents an exquisite four-course set menu, available across two seating options: an early seating at 5.30pm or a later seating from 8.00pm, priced at $198++ per person. A thoughtfully curated vegan menu is also available, ensuring every guest can savour the celebration.

The evening begins on an indulgent note with Périgord Truffle & Comté Toast, followed by beautifully plated starters. Guests can look forward to dishes such as the refreshing Bluefin Tuna Crudo with horseradish emulsion, cucumber vinaigrette, and Amalfi lemon, or the rich Duck Liver Terrine paired with pickled strawberries, sucrine lettuce, and brioche.

For the second course, Artemis showcases some of its signature creations. Options include Grilled Maine Lobster served with orzo pasta, bisque, confit cherry tomatoes, and dill; slow-braised Wagyu Beef Cheek on creamy polenta with ratatouille and beef glaze; or a delicate Hokkaido Scallop Tartare with tomato gazpacho, Oscietra caviar, and paprika oil.

Main courses continue the indulgence with New Year’s Eve exclusives such as the luxurious F1 Wagyu Tenderloin — 100% full-blood Wagyu served with olive tapenade, confit tomato, grilled artichoke, and beef jus. Other highlights include Porcini Ravioli with baby spinach, burrata, black winter truffle, and Parmigiano Reggiano, or Black Cod accompanied by dill-crushed potatoes, baby spinach, and a silky yoghurt velouté.

To end the night on a sweet note, desserts deliver a refined finale. Choose between the decadent Dark Chocolate Gâteau with candied Seville orange, sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil gelato, or a refreshing Lemon & Passionfruit Semifreddo served with graham cracker, honey, and vanilla Chantilly cream.
