It’s party time at PLUME, and they’re doing it in serious style. Nestled in the heart of Pan Pacific Singapore, this chic cocktail bar has become a rising star in the local bar scene since it opened in 2023, earning accolades like Tatler’s Best 100 Bars in Asia for its creative drinks, refined hospitality, and ornithology-themed cocktail menu.

Night One: Femme Friday
📅 Friday, 11 April 2025 | 🕗 8:00pm – 11:00pm
It’s all about fierce flavour and female power on the first night of celebration. Femme Friday brings together some of Singapore’s most inspiring female mixologists for an all-women takeover behind the bar, paired with live music from an all-female band.

Expect bold, unforgettable cocktails - from Leanne’s Singapolitan, a vibrant lychee-strawberry spin on the classic, to Valerie’s smoky-sweet Second to None. Joyce’s NY Sour is smooth and sultry with lavender maple and plum bitters, while Sarang brings the buzz with her espresso-based +1 For Oat.
The vibe? Electric. Amanda, Sarah, and Emma will be on vocals, guitar, and drums from 8:30pm to 11:45pm, delivering live sets that pair perfectly with the night’s crafted concoctions.

Night Two: Sip Trips

Things heat up on Saturday with Sip Trips, a high-energy guest shift that unites six of Singapore’s top bartenders for a wild night of cocktail creativity. While DJ Chuin spins electrifying beats, these bar pros will shake, stir, and serve up next-level drinks all night long.
