Hi Huneybees,
Friday's are for waking up early for it's a lead up to the weekends and there's tons of happenings around town. For tomorrow, M.A.C is launching a few exciting collections - M.A.C Prep + Prime Highlighter Shade Extensions, M.A.C All The Right Angles and M.A.C Brooke Candy (which I am super stoked for)!
At the M.A.C F/W'16 preview session, I got to swatch and try out the products and here's the lowdown. Starting with the M.A.C Prep + Prime Highlighter Shade Extensions collection that will add on to the permanent line of their pen-style highlighters.
These highlighters were previously celebrated as concealers, highlighting, adding radiance, touch-ups or under makeup to brighten and prime. So, coming tomorrow, they come in 5 more shades now to match different skin tones. Here's 4 shades that I tried...
DARK
Definitive Sculpting Powder – midtone reddish brown
Warm Light Shaping Powder – clean peach
Improper Copper Cream Colour Base – copper with high karat gold
I've been using the highlighter to brighten my skin where ever I need it and the buildable, soft formula is very easy to work with, to get that perfect glow.
Next is the M.A.C All The Right Angles Collection. 4 portable palettes shades from light to dark, each combining 3 M.A.C's popular sculpting products - velvety Cream Colour Base, and Sculpting and Shaping Powders to highlight, sculpt and contour your way to impeccably chiseled features.
For best results, you can contour away with their new 164 Duo Fibre Curved Sculpting Brush, featuring a slightly curved, angled shape that naturally hugs the angles of your face for effortless highlighting and contouring. Go try them out in stores tomorrow and here's the swatches...
