Today is one of the rare days where I would wake super early. And today, I encompassed the true blue Singaporean spirit and started queuing up for free Egg McMuffins at McDonald's in celebration of the National Breakfast Day #nbd .
I headed to the nearest branch (Northpoint) from my place with hubby and the team was already getting prepared at 4.30am. This is them taking a group photo before heading back to their respective stations to welcome their customers.
Right at 5am sharp, the queue right outside the restaurant began and I was in the queue too! Be sure to get this ticket from the friendly staff, otherwise you won't be able to get the free Egg McMuffin.
You can also opt to make your Egg McMuffin a meal with just $2, you get a cup of coffee and a hashbrown too!
With the abundant experience of Singaporeans queuing, the staff at McDonald's directed the crowd in an orderly manner, allowing 10 to enter the restaurant each time. Every staff was on the ball and everyone got their Egg McMuffins within seconds.
Hubby and I got our Egg McMuffins and are now enjoying it as I type. This giveaway will be ending at 10am, so be sure to grab one for yourself on the way to work! Have a great week and thank you McDonald's for chasing the blues away!
