[Giveaway Closed] FrightFest - The Undead Forest

| |
Hi Huneybees,

UNDEAD FOREST - Fright Fes @ Singapore Flyer 2012
Note: Not suitable for the weak hearted.

You must have read about FrightFest @ Singapore Flyer on my previous blog post . Are you ready for it? Huney went on the media preview and here's a sneak preview... Only the bravest will survive the Undead
Forest. *BOO!*

It was themed Undead Forest, so I channeled my inner stone charmer - Medusa to appear at the event...

We gathered at the Greek Theatre for some "tidbit" games while waiting to get briefed and begin our adventured through the Undead Forest.

First, we were treated to the panoramic views on board the 165-metre tall Singapore Flyer flights. The organisers were so nice to keep us occupied and take our minds off the fear with a Math game. Could you solve this?

Everyone pulled out their handphones and started using their calculators. I gave up after a while and starting taking photos...

Ok. Descending already... Are you ready for the Undead Forest???
Don’t say we didn’t warn you! Be ready to face your fears once you are back to ground.

The students of SP treated us to an Undead dance before we started venturing into the forest...
Making it bigger and better, guests will start their journey with a wander through The Undead Forest
characterized into the Asian and Western zone. Characters inspired from popular horror movies/shows such as The Maid, The Walking Dead, Stephen King’s IT and Friday the 13th, will be resurrected and waiting to spring a horror surprise to all within The Undead Forest.

Sadako is back to haunt us from the TV!

With this collaboration between Singapore Flyer and Singapore Polytechnic, it will see the students take
charge of the creative concept, planning and event execution for FrightFest 2012, held over 3 weekends
of October. Preparations for the event began as early as February this year. Do you spot any familiar characters?

“FrightFest 2012 is an exciting event for SP’s Diploma in Integrated Projects & Event Management students to hone their event planning and management skills. The collaboration with Singapore Flyer allows SP students to apply lessons learnt in classroom to real-world projects and these experiences will better prepare them for their future endeavours. I am certain with the meticulous planning and conceptualisation, our students will be able to deliver an outstanding performance.” ---  Mr Raphael Wong, Singapore Polytechnic’s Lecturer.

Hi there,

I want to dress up something different. I really want to try something not from the Western but from the Chinese belief. Yes, I want to be a JIANG SHI.. A Chinese Hopping Vampire. Well, Since I'm not a Chinese, it will awesome to dress up as a JIANG SHI.Hopping around scaring everyone in Singapore. That's kinda spooky.

But when I dressed up as a JIANG SHI, will you bring in Master Kau (from Mr Vampire Movie) to stop me? hehehe..

Sincerely,
Hamzah Kent
