From 2 August to 16 November 2025, Executive Sous Chef Cheah Hun Leong and his team, alongside Executive Pastry Chef Edina Si, invite you to embark on this culinary journey with two daily seatings: 1:00pm–3:00pm and 4:00pm–6:00pm.
You will be welcomed with the Nyonya Bloom, a signature drink blending peach, passionfruit, aromatic pandan, and rich gula melaka. The afternoon tea menu then unfolds with a beautiful selection of savoury treats, including Peranakan Rojak with Beetroot Pie Tee, Nyonya “Kerabu” with Baby Abalone, Mackerel Mousseline in Charcoal Soft Bun, and the indulgent “Bakwa” and Meat Floss Double Decker.
Sweet offerings are equally delightful, featuring the Strawberry Shortcake, Hazelnut Praline Puff, Hukambi Salted Caramel Tart, Passion Fruit Pistachio Bar, Matcha Financier with Blue Pea Jelly and Yuzu Whipped Ganache (“Fish Tank”), and the classic Golden Sultana and Scones.
On weekdays, you get to enjoy an elegantly presented three-tiered stand of sweet and savoury delights, together with a selection of mains - Crispy Lobster Popiah, Peranakan Stuffed Chicken Wing in Inche Kabin Style, Nyonya Laksa, and Babi Pongteh.
Whereas on weekends, the experience is elevated into a buffet-style feast, complete with unlimited servings, a Chef’s Speciality Showcase, and the decadent Bananas Foster served with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, mango compote, vanilla ice cream, or raspberry passion fruit sorbet.
Complement your afternoon tea with TWG teas or Lavazza coffee, or elevate the experience with a glass of Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne for a hint of bubbly indulgence. Finish this luxurious treat on a delightful, sweet note.
