Park Bo-gum Wants Us to ‘Imagine Your Korea’ — And I’m Already Packing My Bags!

| |
Hi Huneybees,

As a devoted Park Bo-gum fan, my heart practically somersaulted when I found out he’s officially the 2025 Honorary Ambassador for the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO)! 💖 Leading the new "Never Ending Korea" campaign, Bo-gum isn’t just showing us Korea’s most stunning spots beyond Seoul; he’s inviting us to step into the story as the ‘main character’ of our own adventure, discovering unique, regional travel experiences. And the best part? There are giveaways where we could actually win trips to Korea! Heart = booked, flight = pending.

Park Bo-gum’s Cinematic Journey Through Korea

The campaign launched with two gorgeous videos:

  • One Day, Korea Came To Me – a short film that feels like a dreamy K-drama episode.

  • On My Way – a heartfelt music video sung by Park Bo-gum himself, composed by K-pop producer KENZIE’s team (KZLAB). It is available for streaming on SpotifyMelon, and YouTube.

Both videos showcase destinations beyond the usual tourist spots like lavender-covered Purple Island in Sinan, sunset yachting in Busan, and ancient cedar groves in Jeju. (I’ve already added them all to my bucket list).

You can watch them now on KTO’s official YouTube channelLG TVs in authorised stores islandwide or even catch them on the massive LED screen at The Heeren along Orchard Road from 4 to 31 August 2025. Imagine shopping along Orchard and suddenly seeing Bo-gum smiling down at you! 😍

Korea Beyond Seoul: Bo-gum’s Hidden Gems

What I love most about this campaign is how it shines a light on regional, interest-driven adventures — perfect for the growing number of FIT (Free Independent Travellers) chasing unique and personalised trips. If you’ve already ticked Seoul off your list, consider this your sign to explore further:

  • Sinan’s Purple Island – lavender fields, purple bridges, and purple ice cream!

  • Yeosu’s Cheongseokpo Beach – perfect for backpacking and quiet coastal walks.

  • Busan’s Marine City & Haeundae – luxury yachts, golden sunsets.

  • Jeju’s Bijarim Forest – home to 800-year-old cedar trees.

  • Pyeongchang’s Yukbaekmajigi Fields – breathtaking stargazing spots.

  • Seoul’s Dongmyo – vintage shop treasure hunts.

  • Changdeokgung Secret Garden – like stepping back into a Joseon-era fairytale.
