Kicking off on 27 April 2025, their brand-new “Sunday Funday Brunch” promises a lively afternoon packed with flavour, music, family-friendly fun, and all the feel-good vibes you need to end the week on a high note.

Get ready to enjoy your brunch with a side of live music! A live band will be setting the mood with everything from catchy chart-toppers to smooth, soulful melodies. So yes, dancing is absolutely encouraged. Brunch runs from 12:00pm to 3:30pm, giving you plenty of time to unwind, indulge, and soak in the fun-filled atmosphere.

🍭 A Sunday Treat for the Little Ones

Got kids? Bring them along! Edge has a dedicated Kids Play Area that’s packed with toys, colouring books, cartoon screenings, and even a special kids’ buffet stocked with cookies, candies, and all sorts of kid-approved goodies. Don’t miss the Chef’s Special Live Station featuring Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallop with Beet Puree and Caviar, or the Seafood Live Station, dishing out Signature Salt-baked Crab with Salted Egg Yolk and Chilli Crab Sauce.

If you’re a fan of smoky flavours, head straight for the Charcoal Barbecue Station where you’ll find juicy Angus Beef Short Ribs, Whole Halibut, herb-crusted Rosemary Lamb Chops, and more, grilled to perfection.

And for that sweet ending? The Dessert Live Station is pure heaven. Think Chocolate Lava Cake with Whipped Cream, Berry Compote, Vanilla Sauce, and a snowy dusting of magic.

Dive into the ever-popular Seafood Spread, brimming with fresh oysters, snow crab legs, sustainable Boston lobster, tiger prawns, scallops, mussels, sea conch, and crawfish.
