The highly anticipated Food & Hotel Asia - Food & Beverage (FHA-F&B) is back this year from 8-11 April 2025, and it promises to be bigger and better than ever! Taking place at Singapore EXPO Hall 4, this premier event will once again bring together Asia’s top food and beverage professionals and industry leaders all under one roof. With over 1,500 exhibitors, 80 group pavilions, and 65,000 attendees from more than 90 countries, FHA-F&B 2025 is set to be a must-attend event for anyone in the F&B industry.

Exciting New Exhibitors and Local Highlights
Among the 1,500 exhibitors, more than 35% will be joining the event for the first time, introducing fresh ideas and innovative products to the show. The Singapore Pavilion will be showcasing over 80 local companies, including notable exhibitors like Toh Thye San (SG) and Lim Joo Huat (SG), who will highlight Singapore’s rich culinary heritage while also spotlighting the latest trends in food innovation and sustainability.
Australia Takes the Spotlight as Partner Country
As the Partner Country for FHA-F&B 2025, Australia will be proudly showcasing its vibrant food culture, innovative trends, and rich culinary heritage. You can expect to discover a diverse range of high-quality food and beverages from all 27 EU Member States in the EU Pavilion as well.

Taiwan’s Strong Presence at FHA-F&B 2025
Taiwan, represented by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), will also make a significant impact with its largest-ever pavilion at the event. With 41 exhibition booths (double the size of last year’s), Taiwan will be showing off its cutting-edge food products, innovative developments in food processing, packaging, and sustainability. Visitors can enjoy exclusive live demonstrations and tasting experiences, offering a deeper dive into Taiwan’s exciting food culture.
The event will kick off with the Happy Hour booth, where you can sample a variety of traditional Taiwanese flavors, including wheel-shaped cakes and the famous Taiwanese boba milk tea.

New Beverage Zone & Exciting Competitions
With the rising trend of non-alcoholic beverages, FHA-F&B is launching a new Beverage Zone to showcase the latest innovations in this space. As health-conscious consumers continue to drive the demand for non-alcoholic drinks, especially in the Asia-Pacific region, this zone will offer an exciting opportunity to explore the cutting-edge trends in the beverage industry.
In addition to this, the event will host the “Zero Mixology Challenge” and “National Cocktail Challenge”, highlighting product innovation and consumer trends. FHA-F&B 2025 is also introducing individual segments for its culinary competitions, such as Individual Challenge Culinary and Individual Challenge Patisserie, judged by a panel of esteemed culinary experts, including Chief Judge Otto Weibel (SG) and Chef Andy Cuthbert, President of the World Association of Chefs Societies.
