Usher in the Year of Dragon with a mix of modern with traditional at Artemis Grill, a sky-high dining concept on the 40th floor of CBD’s CapitaGreen building. Their
 Chinese New Year Lo Hei experience is available from 22nd January - to 24th February for lunch and dinner.

One of their seasoned team members will guide you through your Yusheng Prosperity Toss experience. Each set includes Salmon and Ikura Caviar to be tossed with pickled wakame, red cabbage, carrot, sesame, peanut, daikon radish, and tapioca cracker, topped with gold leaf - with the choice to upgrade to include Hamachi & Hokkaido Scallop.

 

Artemis Lo Hei must be pre-ordered with 24-hour notice, and you may choose from below:
  • SILVER SET with Salmon & Ikura Caviar $68++ (serves 3-4)
  • GOLD SET with Hamachi, Hokkaido Scallop, Salmon & Ikura Caviar $148++ (serves 5-8)
*Optional add on: 30g tin of Kaluga Caviar $158++

Kaluga caviar is a luxurious delicacy considered by many to be the "River Beluga" due to its exquisite taste and rarity. It boasts a complex and nuanced flavor profile with a buttery base-like flavor with earthy, nutty, and slightly salty notes, culminating in a smooth & elegant finish. Unlike its endangered Beluga cousin, Kaluga sturgeon is farmed responsibly, making it a more ethical choice for caviar connoisseurs.
