Residents will receive 10 Smart gears from Samsung’s
home intelligence system, ranging from Smart washing machine, Smart air
conditioning, to IP cameras and Smart Lock, which would allow the them
to enable Smart Home Living experience through intelligent control of
their home at their fingertips via their smart mobiles.

Technology aside, 10% or 65 of the 3- and 4-bedroom units in The Visionaire will also feature Qingjian’s signature CoSpaceTM
units, which allow residents the option of reconfiguring their spaces -
an extra room or bigger living room - to meet different
lifestyle needs at different stages of their lives.
E-applications for The Visionaire begin on 8 April. The showroom at Wellington Circle will be open to the public on the same day from 10:00am
to 7:00pm. E-applications will close on 17 April 2016. Bookings for units will commence on 23 April 2016
