If you are stopping by Singapore, come stay at Hotel Clover 5 Hong Kong Street!

It is a business style boutique hotel sitting between Boat Quay and Clarke Quay, in the heart of Singapore most iconic international dining and local pub crawling district, with pub joints or restaurants lining alongside the upstream from the mouth of Singapore river.

It's also a stone's throw away to Chinatown (where you can explore local cultural treasures, from pre-war shophouses to culinary delights) or Shenton Way (the bustling central business district).

So, be it business or pleasure, Clover Hotel sits at a pretty convenient location! This 6-storey, 55-room boutique hotel in Singapore offers travellers easy access to everything that makes the city-state a favourite destination.

Walking into the hotel, we were greeted by the beautiful patchwork garden wall and as we head into the lobby, the iconic metallic clover leaf and butterfly art decorations were seen. This is a signature theme amongst the Hotel Clovers in Singapore. (There is the Hotel Clover 769 North Bridge Road and Hotel Clover The Arts that is opening soon).

So, I was there for a staycation with hubby for the weekend and though it was a rainy weather, it was nice to be able to relax, forget about the stressful work, and have some "us" time...

The highlight of the hotel would have to be their roof terrace swimming pool. Surrounded by greenery and a hand painted mural wall in the reminiscent of an enchanting rainforest. You can literally escape and let loose here.

The murals you see here at the wall of the pool as well as the cafeteria area at level 1 are handpainted by a Chinese artist - Hua Tuanan. He has worked with Louis Vuitton and Disney and the combination of modern painting with Chinese calligraphy style is his distinct signature.

All the rooms are equipped with wireless internet, full bathroom amenities, mini bar items and the Executive Club Rooms, as well as the Premier Executive Rooms, have NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machines together with a daily update of 2 capsules to kick start your morning!
