Chili’s Grill & Bar Held Their 3rd Big Mouth Burger Day In Conjunction With 4th Anniversary

On 26 June, Chili's Grill & Bar celebrated their 4th Anniversary with holding the Big Mouth Champ on their 3rd Burger Day. It was a challenge between food bloggers vs social media contest winners. We created our own burger using Chili’s special Big Mouth Burger ingredients and it was judged by a group of contestants who have won their place through social media contests. 

Likewise, their creations was also judged by us, the bloggers, culminating into a bloggers vs social media contestants showdown, where two ‘Big Mouth Champs’ of 2013 will be crowned.

Both the bloggers and contestants got to judge each other’s creations and 1 winner from each team was

crowned the “Big Mouth Champ”. 

I also got to create a burger for Huney'Z World alongside the many many burgers that everyone made. It was a fun time exchanging ideas about burgers and making new friends.

What is Big Mouth Burgers?

Chili’s Big Mouth Burgers are made with only premium cuts of beef. Grilled medium, medium-well or well-done. Served with sesame seed bun and homestyle fries. The selections are as follows:

1. Southern Smokehouse Bacon Big Mouth Burger

Extra thick-cut brown sugar and Chile-rubbed bacon topped with cheddar cheese crispy onion strings, mayonnaise, shredded lettuce, tomato and pickle. Served with BBQ sauce.

2. Mushroom Swiss Burger

Fresh sautéed mushrooms, aged Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle and red onion.

3. Oldtimer

Mouthwatering burger with mustard, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle and red onion.

4. Triple-Smoked

Perfectly seasoned with smoked paprika, salt and pepper blend, topped with melted smoky chipotle cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato and red onion.

5. Pulled Pork

BBQ pulled pork with onion string, Swiss cheese and shredded lettuce on a sesame seed bun. Served with BBQ sauce.
