Lady First (女人我最大) Singapore Edition kickstarted last Monday and I would like to share with you what I learnt from the 1st episode. I have put some of the little tips to test and I'm loving it!

Lady First (女人我最大) Singapore Edition kickstarted last Monday and I would like to share with you what I learnt from the 1st episode. I have put some of the little tips to test and I'm loving it!
1) Long Lasting Makeup for the Singapore weather
- After applying sunscreen, wait 3 minutes, let it sink in to your skin and then use a tissue to blot off the excess cream. This will prevent smudging.
- Concealer start slightly below the bottom lashes, then work it upwards towards the lashes.
- Lightly apply the Sofina Primavista Ange Powder Foundation. It can not only allow water to slide off, you can safely use your smart phones without having to leave a mark on the screen after a call!
- For eyeshadows to stick on, the Benefit Stay Don't Stray eye primer is one to "stick to" before applying your eyeshadow on top. Or use the Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour for the light tinge of colours.
- Eyeliners do not have to be thick. Just a little at the out corner of the eye to extend and define your eyes. Just like the logic: When a bigger size lady wears black, doesn't she look slimmer? So with thick black eyeline, your eyes will look smaller!

2) Cool down before touching up your makeup
- Coming back to the office after lunchtime, tends to mess up your makeup. DO NOT jump straight into touching up your makeup. Be sure to coll down first!
- Soak a towel in ice cold water and twist it dry or using the L’EGERE Double Effect Cooling UV Sun Spray, spray all over the towel and place it over your neck. Your neck is the central cooling/warming system of you body.
- DO NOT go stand in front of a fan or air con, that will cause pore problems!
- Now, you are free to go touch up your makeup and you don't have to keep slapping thick layers to cover up the sweat + powder mess.
3) Hair must be washed DAILY!
- For our hot weather, hair has to be washed daily, KMS California Hair Stay Clarify Shampoo is recommended or if you don't want to use water, you can try the KMS California Hair Play Makeover Spray as a dry shampoo. It can even give your hair volume!
